Possibly the best and really good stay in service during our stay. Well-maintained rooms with separate bedroom, adequate breakfasts. Marvellous and top location, perfect to visit Bangkok central area. Also - next to shops, shopping centre & plenty of places to eat.

During our recent stay at Evergreen Laurel, we were impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff members were polite, friendly, and always willing to assist us with our requests. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city, with great local restaurants and two BTS stations nearby. The entrance lobby was impressive and set a welcoming tone for our stay. Our Deluxe Room was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and we especially enjoyed the happy hour promotions at the restaurant. We were pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, including the fitness room, sauna, and open pool. A special highlight was the bookcrossing station at the side entrance, which provided books in many languages.

While we had a wonderful overall experience, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The shower door in our bathroom did not have a seal, which resulted in water flooding the floor during our first evening.

This is an excellent hotel, friendly staff, quality rooms and furnishings. Even though the hotel is on a busy road the room was extremely quiet. A short walk to sky train and to Patpong road night markets and restaurants. After spending 6 weeks in Europe in a variety of good and not so good hotels this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended. Would happily stay here again.
